So, the note isn't an official piece, though according to the page, it could be spent on Chatham. I assume any business who accepted it could then redeem it for official currency.

Seemingly, the company made at least three values ($2/3/15) all to commemorate the millennium.

Cute pieces really, I quite like them.

They have already the fifteen dollars and ive see one of 8 dollars.

These are private issues.

In all, at least 3 sets were issued: -

$2, $3, $10 & $15 - 1999A with silver seal

$2, $3, $10 & $15 - 1999A with gold seal

$3, $5, $8, $10 & $15 - 2001B

These were printed on tyvek/polymer substrate.
