Change the label in checkbox for requests about tags, engravers or designers

I created a request to add a description to a tag and realised that the checkbox for this type of request is “requesting a new tag”.

Most of requests have labels like “requesting the creation or the modification of a…”. I think the label for requests about tags should be similar.

The same for engravers or designers.

The label for request artists was changed:

requesting the creation or the modification of an engraver or a designer

The label for tags remains the same. A tag can also be modified (to correct name or description, request a translation…).
