I would like some help to identify this ancient coin. The diameter is 1.3 cm and the weight is 2.69g. I think it is made of silver. Its thickness is not symmetrical. One side is thicker than the other. I believe that it was found or traded in North Africa or Italy or Greece during WW II. Thanks for the help!
