Israel 10th anniversary coin World committee [opgelost]

 No connection between the coin and the [Israel] holder.

 Thanks. A few years ago I would not have been able to read those numbers but from 

this site I have learnt them, as well as Chinese numbers. 

 Sometimes coin holders get re-used - like happened to this lot of 

coins I got from the bargain bin at a local coin store.
