Are these Notgelds, or something different entirely?

So I bought these from an antique shop for a pound each. Neither me nor the seller knew what they were.
From what I can gather, these are Prussian. But because there are so many dates, and no many other numbers, I have no idea when these were printed and what denomination they are.

Perhaps there are some fluent German-readers who might know what these say.

I've attached some photos that I intend to use to submit them when I find out if they're banknotes or exonumia.

The closest thing I could find were these 125 Marks “Reichsschuldenverwaltung” interest coupons on war loans. I found this P-147 125 Marks on the BNM & they're in green from 1919 but with the same embossing stamp.  They have stamps & markings on the back to indicate whether they were cashed in. The ones you posted were 150 Marks a different colour (& slightly more intricate design) & I am wondering whether this 1923 seroes were ever issued or whether they were intended for issue but became remainders (printed but not issue since WW1 ended) as I haven't found anything else like them.

Ohh right!

It's odd how scarce information on these are. I did find this Numista entry as exonumia.
Since they seem to be emergency coupons, I think I'll add these as exonumia. Thanks for your help though in helping me find out its value and when it's from.

I see nothing about war bonds, it's just a half year interest of 3% on a 10000 mark state bond receipt that you could have cashed in from the 1.10.1923 until 31.12.1927. Probably never cashed in because 150M was worth nothing at that point.

Ah yeah, makes sense.

So when it comes to adding these, what should I do about the issuing entity and country?
Because I can definitely see Prussia and one of them is technically dated during the reign of Wilhelm II. So perhaps I could add it as Kingdom of Prussia but maybe mention in the comments that it would have used or invalidated during the Weimar Republic. But yeah like you say, 150 Marks is pretty worthless by then.

Another is dated to 1922 though, so that one is much easier. Clearly Weimar Republic.
