Does this look to be a 1934 5 Centesimos from Uruguay? If so, why would this year not be listed? I know that it can be easily added but, why would it not be there already? Am I looking for the wrong coin?

I've just checked again and 1934 does not seem to exist and the dates here on Numista are correct. As I can see that the last number of your date is a 4 it must be 1924 on your coin.
