Two different notes, requiring ID & Valuation

Hello everyone. I had two notes gifted to me by an antique shop owner. Sharing one here.

One appears to be a 1950s era Spanish Banknote. The other has some Cyrillic writing I think Any help with identification and valuation? Would it be worth anything?

This is the Spanish one

The one in Cyrillic is Soviet

N#205774

The ussr bill might be around $8.00 and the Spanish one is around $4.00 depending on the serial number size

The USSR one I would say is worth no more than US$2, considering its condition and prefix combination. This is the variant’s comment: “P#215a; Serial letters BIG BIG”. I wouldn’t pay more than US$2 for it.
