@harryg is correct, and your coin is the first one on the list. It's a silver rupee from India, British East India Company, Madras Presidency, Alamgir II, KM#403. The date of AH 1172 appears on the top of the first photo.

As this coin is of no interest to me I would also like to know how or where I can sell it please and my guess would be that the price depends on the condition of the coin?
The best way to get an accurate market price is to search EBay for recently sold examples in similar condition. Yes, the price does depend on the condition. Personally I would grade your coin VF. EBay is a good place to sell coins.
VF means Very Fine. This is a conservative estimate for your coin. Your coin might be a bit better, say VF+. Grading by any one individual is somewhat subjective, so shouldn't be mentioned in an ad to sell the coin. The viewer can make their own judgment of grade from the photos.
