Coin identification Please!

My Dad got this coin in Greece in the early 50's and I have no idea what it is or where it originated. I cannot for the life of me find the exact match anywhere.

hi, i'm far away from being an expert of such coins, but i rate it a reproduction/souvenir.

My arguments:

Portrait is without details.

Never saw a rim like the reverse.

I think I agree with Stefan0205 that this might be a reproduction/souvenir. I searched Numista's catalog with both photos (individually and together) and then used Google's image search, but neither turned up anything. Hope this helps!
