Inquiry About Suspected European Medieval Coin [opgelost]

This is a coin I accidentally purchased through social media, but I am not sure about its age and country of origin. According to the seller's information, I couldn't find its category on Numista. Due to its poor condition, I couldn't search based on the inscriptions directly. Does anyone know which country and era this coin is from? Additionally, what would be its approximate value?
