Is this a coin? Found in a Gloucestershire field, UK .

Any information on this appreciated.  It's corroded but there appears to be a design on one side only.

It's about 13mm x 2mm and weighs 3g-4g.  I assume it's bronze but not sure. It's not magnetic.
