Small medieval (silver?) coin to identify & evaluate

I believe that this medieval coin is from England or France but I can't say more…

 England it is. On second picture two of the four quarter sections 

(on left and top) have LON and DON in, so is minted in London.

Wait nvm there is a cross not a crown on top of obverse let me look a spink

Well we might have a rare coin here. From all I can see this has the reverse of sp.# 1569 with the crown on the reverse but the obverse of the other groats which have a Cross instead of the little crown at the top.

 

Could this be a 1300’s mule error coin?!
