Unidentified oriental copper coin. [opgelost]

 Hi yall! can anyone help me to identify this coin. 2.07 gr, 13-16 mm diameter, copper coin. Arabic scripts are obvious, maybe Delhi-Mughal Empire or Qajars? Appreciate any sort of help!!

I guess the style of writing made it easy to remember.

Not sure if double strike add value in hammered coins, don't think so.
