Good day,
Could anyone tell me where I would need to get some pre-decimal pennies checked to see if they are errors/variations please?
I have as one example the below but do not know how to grade/check this? Any help is much appreciated.

Understand, but I am talking about ones that are not in Numista etc.
Not every coin is a variant. Explain why you think your coin might be variant?
but that is my point, the wonky letters in my example.. is this a one off or a variant? I see there are “variants” where only one exists…. so how are these catagorised?
First, you should show hi-res images of both sides of your full coin.
Second, give us the numista link of your coin.
Third, give us the dimensions of your coin.
Then the members can start to look at their coins from the same year and compare to your coin to see, if there are any differences to be found!
righto will do, thank you

I suspect your coin is this one: N#3377
It's quite impossible for a letter in the die to move relative to the other letters meaning a one off of a coin with a shifted letter is impossible. Therefore there has to be others like yours made with the same die. The coin pictured on the coin page seems to be the same as yours.

thank you for the info and link, much appreciatred.

If you followed my instructions above, you would have found it out by yourself?
It would have been more if this site was still existing:
