1982 penny with possible die break

Found this 1982 Lincoln cent the other day. I’m curious as to if this is a die break? Very unsure due to it having grease filled die characteristics as well. How would I go about pricing this coin if it turns out to be something? And is it considerable enough in value to get it graded?

I agree that it may have both as you stated. but the fact is that these type of defects from the mint do not add value, are of little interest to collectors and are not even worthy of note in variety catalogs. It is a simple defect and not a variety, let alone a major variety. Do not under any circumstances waste good money to even attempt to get something like this insignificant coin graded. It is still only worth 1 cent. Sorry.
