I like this coin on eBay but it looks a little to good to be true.. is it real?

As a youngster, I like to find NZ pre-decimal and foreign coins that had made It's way into circulated coinage.

The thought of holding a object of the past with it's hidden history really intrigued me as a youngster...and still does.

What's to say it's not his coin and he structured this simply to do that. ;)

From what I can see the device/design and legend seems ok.
What exactly is it that makes you doubt it?
You would have to ask the seller for that actual coin's dimensions and weight and make comparisons.
