I have this 5 centimes 1900 RF and it's missing number 1 in the year of 1900 ,my question is it's this some error or it's common for this type of coin and Its looks like proof coin .

Maybe the coin is just really worn out, and the one got rubbed off over the years? Why only the one though… maybe someone did it intentionally?
yes it is worn, but it doesn't look like removing the number was intentional, there are no scratches on that part of the coin..

Yes very circulated and cleaned. It could have been a filled die.
edit the 900 looks like there may be some machine doubling. You can see on the zero's more. But the condition it in hard to say.
