Smaller, asymmetrically aligned coin

Hello,

I have one coin of this type which is almost exactly 24mm diameter and which is asymmetrically aligned (when flipped the reverse points slightly north-east, shown in image attached). The holes in the 8 appear to be circular but the 5 is also higher than the 1 I believe. I'm therefore unsure of the mint or whether any of this changes anything. Would appreciate some advice. Thanks!

Sjoelund, here are the images sent by roshyrowe - cropped and edited slightly so the details are a bit more apparent.

I see the top hole as oval and the 5 is in its normal position.

The 24 mm diameter doesn't fit unless it's severely worn.

The coin doesn't look perfectly round, so maybe the measure is for the smallest and NOT the largest diameter.

True. There's no rim on the OP's coin so it is worn.

Severely describes it.

the question is about the die orientations.

is this a one off , or are there many random different ones?
