7.88g, around 21mm at widest point
On the first side: lyre (???) with a flower (???) in the middle (I might be wrong)
On the second side: an eye-like (or fish-like) shape and some ornaments which do not make any sense to me

Kabul, but the coin on the Numista catalog is looking terrible, maybe you can change for yours
