Evaluation of the grade and price suitable of a roman coin

Hi guys, going to pick up this roman coin soon, its aurelian, an antoninianus? But im not too sure, would definitely appreciate some help in identifying

Sol, holding globe and captive on left

ORIENS AVG on reverse, with “T” in the bottom/exergue

Also what grade would you put it at and how much should i buy in for.

After buying, should i send it for grading by NGC ancients

Whatever may be the case, because of the corrosion it's not worth the expense of having it graded — unless it's a rare variant, but this seems unlikely.
