Okay, so I was gifted a bunch of coins from a colleague at work. And two of them completely perplexed me. Here's the first:
It sort of looks like a Byzantine coin, but I really can't tell for certain. The supposed portrait on one side doesn't really resemble any Byzantine coin I've seen on the site.
I'll post the other “coin” in a separate post. I could have sworn I read that you can't post more than one coin in a forum post.
