Telling Zinc From Iron? (France 1941) [opgelost]

Any way to distinguish these two coins without scale?
(Yes I really should get a scale, but don't have one yet)

Any chance one is magnetic and the other is not or something simple like that?


 

Yes, actually! Iron is a magnetic metal, while zinc isn't, making it easy to distinguish between the two types.

I was hoping it would be that simple.  Thanks

(Still need to get myself a scale though….)

On Amazon around 10 euro for a precision of 0.01 g and 20 euro for 0.001! Not expensive for such a tool!
