Add emrgency money/notgeld issuere for Norway (1940)

I have here tried to make a list of the different Notgeld issuere of Norway. Keep in mind it's by no means my expertise area, I just gave it a try. Mistakes may have occured :) 

Norgwegian emergncy money can be devided into a few subcategories in “Norges Mynthistorie, bind 2” (not so important for Numista), and I list them herafter, but merged the “issued by banks” and “issued by municipalities”:

Issued by public institutions and state-owned enterprises:

Kongsberg, city of, issued by Kongsberg Sølvverk (Kongsberg Silver mine)

Odda, city of, issued by Lensmannen i Odda / Militærvæsenet ved lensmannen i Odda (The lensmann in Odda / Military service in Odda)

I have tried to go by the Municipalities and Fylker (Regions/counties), as they were back in 1940, when the banknotes were issued.

I didn't knew were to place Nord Norge, since the banknotes from there were valid in both of the mentioned Fylker.

And I had troubles finding information on Stord Herad.

I made the page for Stord Herad banknotes, because i have them myself, and i know some information about them. 

I am not sure if I can make page about other notes. Maybe about Mosterhamn Banknotes, but I don’t have them myself. 
 

I tired to find Odda banknotes, but never found any of those. Do you have any pictures of them?

I would like to create those issuers when we have notes on Numista. I have just now created Norwegian notgeld, so these notes can go there if you have any to add.

We have now all the emergency notes in the notgeld section of Norway. Though a few I was in doubt of, so I let them be in the main Norwegian part. I'm not a referee for Norwegian notgeld, so I tried to only move those I was sure about, since I could do that single handedly, but not back to the main Norway.

Mistakes may still have happened, but now I think we can slowly add the issuing entitites of the notgeld, as we at least have a dedicated subsection for the note and an overview of all the notes.
