Can't identify a Shakespeare coin

Today I have got a coin of William Shakespeare...
In front of the coin there is a picture of him and "1564-1616"
on the other side there is a picture of a big clock and the words are
" I GRANDI PROTAGONISTI DEL MILLENNIO "
Somebody please help me to identify this...
N.B. I can't upload an image because I don't know how to upload as I am a newcomer.

That must not be a coin if it doesn't have denomination...Would be nice to see a picture of it.

Look at the Numista link; it says it was made in Italy, which seems likely when you factor in the Google results.
