I have checked all the Trade token books I have from USA.  About 30 books, and did not find anything. An interesting part to this is the line or dash on one side. Except for the Cent sign it almost appears like a French or Belgium Centime.

 I think the C is Canada. Unknown P S letters. 

There are also $1 10¢ 50¢ versions. 

I only have 3 Canadian reference books. Working on acquiring more but they don’t appear often at a reasonable price. Of the 3 I have, it was not in them.
