It's not a banknote, it doesn't come from a bank. It's something like canteen voucher and there are countless exonumia like this so there is obviously no guaranty that Numista has all of them listed. Numista is a collaborative catalog and right now this one is not in it but you can add it yourself but I don't really care about exonumia so I don't know in what category this one would fit. Maybe another member can give an input on that.
