Radar Value

What would be an approximate value of this UNC note with the fancy number?

I am surprised that no one has posted any comment on this.

Whilst I am not an expert, if I have to buy this note, assuming it is in UNC condition, I would be willing to pay a maximum of US$4 to 5. This note is selling for around say $2.5 to 3. As for the radar number, it is not fancy enough to warrant a higher premium. I understand that they are collectors solely collecting radar notes, and perhaps they are willing to add a bit more. 
 

If you get notes like these, you will definitely attract more interest for your note.

By the way, USD 5 for this note would not be a bad return at all! That would be 14 times the face value of the note so it would still be a lucrative deal.

I agree with @ahkai  & just want to add that its difficult to reply to these “what its worth” threads since special serial # is more a North American, (UK & some Commonwealth nations) trend (but not a world trend). As far as I can tell, premiums on radars, lower # can be harder to get for World notes.
