2012 50 Canadian Dollar Radar - Value?

I hadn't even realized that this was a radar until now. I received this as a gift from a relative, but I figured I'd post it here just to see if it's worth something. I have no clue what to determine the condition of because of the crease mark in the center. What would you price this as? 

Around 40.- EUR

It's very difficult to say b/c its circulated, today's series & there's only a small fraction of collectors who seek today's series & fewer who seek radars that are less than UNC.  Perhaps a $5.00 premium for someone who seeks radars of today's series (eBay buyer) but the eBay's seller fees wouldn't make it worth your while.
