50 Pesos/5 Condores/5 Cenestimos de Escudo/Casa De Moneda [opgelost]

I cannot find this one in the catalog.  The signatories don't match up and the fact that on the reverse it has “5 Centesimos de Escudo” written in the watermark area makes it different than what is currently listed.  Any help would be appreciated.
