Can you help me identify this coin?

All I've been given is these two picture

plus very brief specs: silver, 4.6 grams.

The grade is suspiciously high imo

Do you think it's a fake?

hi there, in my opinion this is definetely a fake. the lettering is very bold and the inscriptions are just not correctly formed. weight not similar to any umayyad coin.
