From what I have found out so far it's from the Ottoman period.

It seems the same on both sides but there are minor differences.

Not sure on the script though.

It weighs in at 0.66 grams

Year is 1223. Regnal year 78. Same/similar on both sides.  That makes it not a real coin. The hole in it indicates it's a costume jewelry token.
