Need help identifying a coin

I have searched long and hard and cannot find anything that resembles it.  Any help would be much appreciated.  

The coin measures about 7mm diameter and about 1 mm thickness.

I'm 99% certain that it's a belly dancer token.

Oh boy, that sounds kind of cool.  What identifies it as a belly dancer coin?  Is there something written on the coin that says that?  How does one identify that in the future?

Is there a particular country of origin?

Not an expert on those, but you may say that's Middle East in general.

Some of them can easily be recognized as tokens due to being always holed and having a “script” resembling arabic but it's actually just gibberish imitating arabic script.
