Diameter 3cm & weight 9 g. It was a bonus in a box lot of costume jewelry.

I think that it is (was) an indian Rupee of Queen Victoria. Like this one: N#3719 or this: N#3345

The flower pattern seems close and the diameter also checks. The weight is less (it should be 11.6 g), but that's understandable.

Yes, the silver lining is that it's quite pure silver (.917), so it should worth about 9-ish dollars. A jeweller might be interrested of buying it?
