Hello friends, I would like your help to identify this coin. It looks very similar to the ones with a thunderbolt on the reverse (even searching for "thunderbolt" shows many similar ones). There is a caption next to the figure, if anyone can read it, it would be a great help.
On the obverse it is possible to identify something like "IIII" in the upper left corner (I think it could be the crown of some emperor).
