Sultans of Dehli, Islam shah suri,  ½ paisa,   other side  not clear to read, probably Kalpi mint

Vic

Thanks for the identification of the ½ Paisa of @Oceans75

Islam Shah Suri

the most similar obverse (even though it's a Paisa) :

And the mint looks ok too (rotated90°) :

The mint on this type is right at the bottom as on your left image, part of Kalpi is just visible, Islam shah also mentions his father Sher shah on all his coins as well

Vic

I don't understand, may you make a drawing to explain ?

Thanks in advance

The yellow is zarb (struck)  and the green is Kalpi, only the tip of  “K” is visible and a parts of zarb are visible on your coin but it's certain to be Kalpi by design. how it's written varies a lot from coin to coin, any dots belonging to letters are often missing,  finding a complete mint is uncommon as the flans are far too small for the dies

Vic

Thank you for explanations which will be useful for the Numista sheet :)
