 Though … those first two pictures were taken from that page. 

Maybe the member wanted to know what it was used for. 

With it being a smoothed out coin which an individual has 

privately stamped on, then who knows? 

 Apart from which, is GRILS meant to be GRILLS or GIRLS 

or something else. Again who knows?
