Chinese coin, please help with identification

Hello,

Can you please help me to identify this coin.

Unfortunately don't have a way to measure and weight it this week (travelling).

Thank you!

The emperor is Jiaqing.

The lettering at the reverse is looking strange, I am thinking your coin is a replica.

Compare with his coins here: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php?p=1&ru=48&e=chine_empire

Thank you!

What would be the best way to identify a replica? Weight and measurement?

That's not an easy question.

Sometimes, weight and/or size are off.

Sometimes, it's something on the coin looking strange. Coin aspect, surface, lettering, image… lots of things.

In your case, the reverse lettering is the indicative. But there are many replicas of these cash coins where the surface is bubbly or full of dots.

For short, it may require practice for distinguishing them.

From Hartill:

Yours looks like 22.445-22.448 but as Giobruno said the reverse characters look off.
