Unknown Islamic States Coin #2

Hello all,

This was a coin that I bought recently and I cannot seem to figure it out for the life of me. This is a bronze coin which measures around 18mm and 19mm in diameter an nearly 2mm in thickness. The calligraphy is easy to tell but I don't know any words to help pin point it. Definitely Islamic states but not sure which one it is.

As currently stated above, it does have the measurements  such as diameter, thickness, and weight to help those find it. But I will list them here again to make sure its being properly stated and not overlooked.

The Measurements:

Diameter - 18mm to 19mm

Thickness - Around 2mm 

Weight - 3.21g
