copper schilling (aka boratinka), 1661, Polish part of Polish Lithuanian commonwealth. You got upside down eagle and not upside down rider on second image. Lithuanian schillings got rider (Vytis, Pahonia).
40% chance of being contemporary counterfeit based on mintage numbers. Yours is probably counterfeit just based on crude looks. Minted in millions. Both originals and counterfeits.
Called Szeląg in numista. Pages are split between mints. Feel free to search for 1660-1666 copper in Polish Lithuanian commonwealth, if you want to figure out which mint is being faked. Lithuanian 1661 schilling should be only from Ujazdov mint. I got detailed source only for Lithuanian ones.
