Please help IDing this Islamic coin

Hi folks,

got this in on of the auction lots that I won - it is non magnetic, 2.76 g, 24 mm, less than 1 mm thick. 
any help with identification will be appreciated - apps fail to ID and searching online doesn’t yield any results.

now that you pointed me in the right direction it seems pretty close to Dirham Al-Hakam II 365 (976). 
can someone who reads Arabic recognize something that identifies it as either Hisham II or Al-Hakam II - it is closer in weight to the second one.
