It's a type that was struck under Constantine I in the middle of the 320s CE.   The pictures are not clear enough to make out the inscription on the obverse but if correctly identified as Constantius II, it is feasible as this type was struck in his name, and that of his father and some of his brothers.  The reverse type is commonly referred to as a campgate, although imo it is more likely one of the new style fortresses that sprung up in areas near the borders from the time of Diocletian than an actual legionary camp as that name implies.
