On a possible Helena Ancient coin with angel and spinning wheel [opgelost]

Unusual Ancient Roman with what I feel says Helenao Xnhnc on the obverse, and Smlvs?? Publichc on the reverse… It looks like an angel with a spinning wheel on two pillars…

I can see the first two letters of the mintmark, SM(R?)
