Hello, I couldnt identfy this coin on Numista. Searched on web but couldnt find enough details. I see exact the same 2014 Niue Mickey Mouse but this is 2020 New Zealand. What is this exactly?

Not a coin. No value on it. It's a medal similar to these although yours may be silver billion.  You should add it to Numista.
