Can anybody identify this Asian coin?

I got this Asian coin along a collection I bought some time ago, but I haven't been able to figure out what it is.

Diameter: ~2.4cm

Weight:4-7 grams 

It seems to be a numismatic charm (“厌胜钱” or “花钱” in Chinese) of Korea; it may not be a legal form of currency, but some of them may have specific values.
