I have had this problem several times, where I add a page onto the website but it simply does not register. I just added this coin: https://www.numisbids.com/sale/8760/lot/767 to Numista, but it showed an error and I simply couldn't get the page working again. It doesn't show up in my catalogue modifications request, and it simply doesn't exist. I am tired of this frankly, where I have to add the page all over again, like I will have to for this piece.
Most Numista services have an up time of 99+%, but they are now and then offline for a few minutes or longer for nightly maintenance (LINK). Maybe these times correlate with your use time in the Americas?

I did in fact check, and it usually is green when I take a look.
