I am very new to collecting coins and I know almost I nothing about it yet. But I have the following coin (I think): 3 tari 1612 ITALY - SICILY, KINGDOM - PHILIP III OF SPAIN, 1598-1621 - Da DFA, Messina

(Please give me your opinion on what the condition of this coin is, based on the scale used by one of the major coin grading companies)
If any of you out there have any information on this coin, like possible value, what the condition would be cons to be if it were professionally graded, rarity, etc, I would love to know. I am most interested in the condition, but also and the rarity/possible value. any other comments are welcome though if you have any information worth sharing. Thank you!
