Peter the Great 1705 Beard Token

Probably a “Novodel"  - a copy/remake of original; Novodel is translated from Russian as “new creation," “new make”

Its my understanding there is only a handful of authentic beard tokens - all in museums.  

I have a Novodel of this, purchased in Russia 30 years ago, will see if I can dig up and share picture see its is the same as yours. 

Some of the Novodels can still have some value as they were created in 1800s? produced using the same dies by the mint but hard to gauge provenance, not sure what records are available.
