Identify Medal

I wonder if anyone can id this one for me. Looks to be Thai or Cambodian?

Weighs 10gram, 27.3mm diameter, 2.7mm thick, Made from what looks like Brass.

Possibly even translate the script?

Chang Hasdin Foundation, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, made in 2012.

Coin size is 2.74 cm.

 Translation - English / Thai 

King Naresuan the Great / สมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช 

 pronounced as - S̄mdĕc phra nreṣ̄wr mh̄ārāch 

which looks like the lettering above the first picture. 

 No idea of the rest of the lettering.

Thanks - I will add it to Numista shortly. It is quite a nice medal I picked up very cheap.
