Of course there are always exceptions but in general people don't like drilled coins. So unless it's a scarce coin you won't get more than just metal content, and very probably even less.
The 1895 Shilling is not a very rare issue but these types are a bit more in demand. It could go for above spot but it will depend on who you are selling to. Try a proper numismatic store, and they may be willing to give you more.
