Numista price for banknotes with folder

Hello all,

Numista prices for banknotes are mentioned without folders. 

What is price consideration for banknotes with folders? Since banks charges extra for folders, how the folder prices can be evaluated while considering for swap?

The first thing you have to do is to find out what's the issue price for the note and folder and then you go from there. For example the Sri Lanka 1000 rupee commemorative 2009 was sold for 1500 rupees each.  
 

On the other hand, the Solomon Islands $40 commemorative 2018 folder (without the note) was sold for US$8.80 each when it was first released, but you will have a hard time to find anyone willing to let it go even at double that price as only 100 sets were issued.
